Camponi, IGT Veneto, is the pleasant and drinkable red of La Collina dei Ciliegi. It comes from a careful processing of 100% Corvina Veronese grapes. The same base of the noble Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG which represents the spearhead of the Erbin cellar. In this case, however, the grapes are taken to the cellar immediately after harvesting, to be transformed when they are still fresh and vital. After the destemming phase, the grapes are sent for maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature. A process that lasted for over a week. The result is a wine characterized by a beautiful purple red color, with a nice spicy and fine scent. In the mouth, however, it is pleasantly agile and fresh. Equipped with a subtle and mature tannin, it easily finds a way to give great satisfaction on the table. Super versatile, if served at a slightly lower temperature than normal, it can even be paired with fish-based dishes.

Elisabetta's dream of creating a passito wine in Maremma came true with the birth of this sweet wine, capable of interpreting the meditative version of her personality. Solalto is the result of the drying of grapes from the vineyards of Traminer, Sauvignon and Semillon, near Scansano. The design on the label was made by Clara, Elisabetta's eldest daughter, when she was little and represents our land embraced by the sea and kissed by the sun, just like the grapes of this wine.

Cerasuolo D'Abruzzo DOC Frentano is a pleasant and fragrant version of Montepulciano vinified in rosé. The grapes are vinified with limited contact of the must with the skins and this gives this wine from Abruzzo the classic cherry color that distinguishes it. The fermentation and refinement phases follow in steel containers which allow it to develop its characteristic freshness and minerality and which make it perfect to accompany informal lunches and dinners.

Cherry pink. The nose is expressed with intense aromas of red fruits: cherry, strawberry and a touch of pomegranate. In the mouth it is fresh, fruity and with good persistence. Food matches: perfect as an aperitif, fried food, soups and fish-based dishes, white meat is perfect with pizza.

The color is deep, the bouquet is sensual and the body is vigorous. Wine whose refinement is appreciated when young, when fruit and spices blend with the taste of wood, in which Sagrantino has been elevated. But it is after a few years that its success is fully appreciated, when balsamic notes intervene and the tannins soften: thus we discover a wine with a great personality. Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Doc Dora Sarchese is part of the Mimì line. The latest creation dedicated to Domenico D'Auria, patriarch of the Dora Sarchese winery who passed away in 2002. Mimì is a range that speaks of territorial identity and simplicity, which can also be found in the packaging. Minimalist label inspired by a significant reflection: 'Your steps with your passion, with your hands in the earth, with your heart in the vineyard, with my father ... with Mimì'. And this Montepulciano is a tribute to man and to the territory.

The Falanghina "Janare Anima Lavica" from the well-known Campania winery La Guardiense is a fresh and flowing white that lends itself well to accompanying dishes based on fish and vegetables. The name of this label takes its inspiration from the vineyards found on outcrops of volcanic rocks rich in minerals and which give the bottle character and flavour. The refinement takes place in steel tanks for a few months. The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections while the aromas are reminiscent of broom, linden and fresh orange peel. Trebbiano d'Abruzzo "Vigneto di Popoli" is a rich, elegant, savory and Mediterranean wine, born from a single vineyard on the Abruzzo Apennines and aged for 18 months in steel. The taste is intense, warm, enveloping, with lively sapidity and freshness, marked by sensations of citrus fruits, flowers, fruit and many aromatic herbs.

After destemming and light crushing, the grapes are left to ferment in steel vats. After 36/48 hours from the beginning of fermentation, the temperature is lowered to around 22°C and then it gradually rises to 26-28°C during the 5 days of maceration. At the end of the fermentation the wine undergoes the normal decanting and in the following spring it is placed in barriques where it remains for about 5/6 months. Maturation in steel continues. Malolactic fermentation usually takes place at the end of October.

Tuscan Vinsanto… a wine whose origins are lost in the mists of time. Vinsanto in Tuscany is such an important wine full of meaning that it was difficult to buy, it was an ambition to make it at home with your own hands; in every family there was a person in charge of this art, usually the father or grandfather. The hypothesized origins of this exquisite drink, as well as those of its singular name are different and are lost in the mists of time. A Sienese legend says that in the 14th century a friar distributed a wine that healed the sick, hence the belief that it was a miraculous wine, "Santo". The Tullum Rosso of Feudo Antico comes from hilly land in the municipality of Tollo, in the province of Chieti. It is made from 100% Montepulciano grapes, harvested by hand in the second decade of October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with maceration in contact with the skins. The wine ages in glass blocks for 14 months before being bottled.

Our extra virgin olive oil is produced in the hilly areas of the province of Mantua near Lake Garda. The position, the altitude and the calcareous nature of these soils are in fact particularly suitable for the cultivation of the olive tree.

Cococciola is a rare native vine of the Frentana area in Abruzzo, cultivated with the Abruzzo pergola method. The vinification is in white, without maceration, with soft pressing; fermentation, refinement and second fermentation in steel, at a controlled temperature. The sparkling process takes place according to the Martinotti method, with refermentation in an autoclave.

The Negus red wine from the Cascina del Colle winery is a wine that arouses impressions, evokes memories and pleasant sensations of harmony and peace. The name Negus recalls the sovereign figure of the family grandparents.

In fact the grapes, coming from the company's own vineyards, are harvested manually in the vineyard and carefully placed in boxes for transport to the cellar; here they are delicately pressed and the must obtained is kept in cooling vats (-1.5° C) until the moment of vinification in an autoclave. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and with the help of selected yeasts until 5% alcohol is reached. Subsequently the wine will be filtered and bottled. The result is a lively wine with strong and intense varietal characters.
