Terreum celebrates Giannicola Di Carlo's strong bond with the land of Abruzzo. 1991 is the year in which the first European organic certification was recognized for the family's wines. The Dragonfly is the symbol of the vineyards from which these wines come, which are immersed in an uncontaminated ecosystem and dominated by a lake and ancient limestone rock caves: the Bosco Valle Verde of the Di Carlo family.

LUNARIA ANCESTRALE Pecorino SPUMANTE BIODYNAMIC and ORGANIC SPARKLING WINE with spontaneous fermentation base Pecorino is a white grape variety native to the Marche and Abruzzo. The first documentary source on the origin of the vine dates back to 1526 and is contained in the Statutes of Norcia (PG) where there is a reference to "vigne de pecurino" (Statutes of Norcia, Liber Tertius, Rubrica CXII). This vine, widespread before the phylloxera, was gradually abandoned during the twentieth century to make room for varieties such as Trebbiano, more productive and responding to a more alimentary than hedonistic value. Origin of the name: also called "grape of the pecorari" because of the grape considered of low value, suitable for humble people such as "pecorari" (derogatory term).

Cervaro della Sala is clearly a white out of the box even in the tasting phase. At the sight it appears of a straw yellow with greenish hues. The nose is complex and broad: exotic fruit, citrus, and toasted notes of vanilla and butter deriving from aging in wood. In the mouth the important body is accompanied by a freshness and acidity that end in a long and persistent finish. A good white now and also in 15 years.

Obtained from a cuvée of old clones of Montepulciano vinified in purity, it is a red of great balance that manages to combine strength, elegance and character.

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colle Secco Rubino by Cantina Tollo is presented after 24 months in oak barrels in the glass in a dark ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of dark berries, accompanied by a delicate spicy aroma and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied and well structured with an almost cherry fruit and a fine and harmonious woody note in the finish. POSTA ARIGNANO is the name of the ancient farmhouse that stands in the center of the "Coppanetta" estate where, in ancient times, travelers who crossed the Daunia lands found refreshment and very often also the shepherds in transhumance from nearby Abruzzo. Today the farm is surrounded by about 30 hectares. of vineyards that give rise to most of our labels.

Produced in the oldest production area, as stated in the disciplinary that regulates it, this area gave its name to the wine and is the only one where Chianti Classico is produced. It extends between Florence and Siena in a territory of breathtaking beauty, made up of villages perched on the top of the hills, of olive trees cultivated in steep fields with an irregular outline and of cypresses lined up to delimit the innumerable dirt roads.

The word 'transhumance' derives from the verb 'transumare' or rather to transit on the ground, to cross: the verb is the union of the two Latin words 'trans', which means beyond, and 'humus' which means soil, land. In Italy this ancient custom originated mainly in Abruzzo where it consisted in transporting (precisely 'transhuming') animals from the mountains to the rich pastures of the Gargano and it is from this activity that probably the most famous wine takes its name and representative of Abruzzo, Montepulciano. Humus is a Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOP from organic viticulture, a friend of the land and nature, the son of a philosophy that takes shape in every production step and which gives a wine of excellent quality.

With a rich range of labels with attention to the smallest details, the J.Hütte winery, in the province of Bolzano, has managed in a short time to reach a substantial production volume of out of the ordinary quality, which sees the coexistence of native grapes of the area, such as Moscato Giallo , Lagrein and Gewürztraminer with the international Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon. A mix of sandy and morainic soils, accentuated temperature variations and the support of the Bolzano winery combine to create measured and incisive wines, elegant and refined as only South Tyroleans can be.

A historic Salento blend often made directly in the field with the alternation of eight plants of Negroamaro with two of Malvasia Nera. Negroamaro owes its name to the terms "niger" (Latin) and "mavros" (Greek) which both mean black. A highly versatile vine, it is suitable for all types of winemaking. DOCR is the attention that Vallone dedicates to the two most representative denominations of controlled origin of the territory. It is a long journey; 24 months of passion. Both reserves are elevated in wood for six months. Vereto is the name of our Negroamaro vineyard located on the Iore estate in San Pancrazio Salentino. The soft and silky tannin is an unequivocal declaration of origin of the pure Negroamaro.

Color: Green with yellowish reflections. Smell: Medium fruity with hints of cut grass. Taste: Bitter and spicy notes with artichoke or almond aftertaste.

40 years after the acquisition of the Campogiovanni estate in Montalcino, San Felice 's interest has shifted to another area of Tuscan wine excellence: Bolgheri. Faithful to its philosophy of producing exclusively wines from proprietary grapes, 6 hectares of vineyards have been identified in Le Sondraie. The vines have an average age of 5 years and are planted on a silt-sandy soil typical of the area. The varieties are mainly Cabernet Sauvignon (2 ha) and Merlot (4 ha). Two wines are produced: Bolgheri and Bolgheri Superiore.

In recent years we have taken care of our olive grove again, which has about 350 olive trees, located next to our company. Since the 2019 harvest, 450 500ml bottles have been produced. The oil obtained is cold extracted, only by mechanical means.

It was in 1971 that we registered in the DOC register the rows of white grapes we had with the denomination of Trebbiano, grapes that we actually called "Uva Passera"; then we discovered that the official denomination was "Passerina", in any case from the Trebbiani family as confirmed by ampelographs and today also by DNA analyses. The grapes were pressed, cold macerated, fermented at low temperatures. Bottled in March 2017.

The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo "Vigneto di Popoli" is an intense and structured red wine born from a 70-year-old vineyard and aged in tonneau for 12 months. It is expressed in a deep bouquet of wild berries, black cherries, humus and toasted spices. On the palate it is intense, rich, juicy, marked by a beautiful sapidity, with well integrated tannins.

"Le Cince" by De Fermo is a masterful and original interpretation of Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo, produced with Montepulciano grapes that ferment and rest until bottling in large wooden barrels that enrich the juice with fragrant and multifaceted textures.

Novello wine is the first product to be consumed from the harvest. However, by novello we do not mean only the new wine of the vintage, but the wine produced with particular techniques, designed to give those peculiar aromas and those characteristics of softness and roundness that make it suitable for immediate consumption.

From the grapes of our oldest vineyards, which are now over half a century old, and from a prolonged maturation in oak, Montepulciano Riserva A Marianna is born. Rich in body and structure, it goes well with red meats and long-aged cheeses of the Abruzzo culinary tradition. It is also perfect as a meditation wine.

The wine is obtained with maceration at a controlled temperature. It has an intense ruby color, a delicate and vinous bouquet, a persistent and moderately tannic taste. It must be served at room temperature (18º C). It goes very well with roasts and meats in general, also suitable to accompany cereal and legume soups.

Great red wine. It takes its name from Montepulciano, a Renaissance city in the province of Siena which dominates the wide and verdant Valdichiana from the top of a hill. The appellation of "Nobile" seems to derive not only from its intrinsic qualities of finesse and elegance, but also from the fact that in the past the production of this wine was particularly cared for by the noble families of the city.

Rosso Piceno Superiore "Solestà Solimando" is a ruby red wine with garnet red reflections. Intense and complex, on the nose notes of red fruit jam and spicy notes of tobacco, licorice and cinnamon. Well structured, complex and harmonious, with great persistence on spicy and fruity tones.

Torre Raone 's Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is a medium-bodied, rich and fruity red wine, vinified only in steel. It gives off aromas of wild berries, red fruit, flowers and black cherries and on the palate it is soft, warm, enveloping and fruity, with pleasant and smooth tannins.

Nero d'Avola "Sherazade" is a Mediterranean red wine, dressed in spice on the nose and accompanied by hints of fresh fruit, slightly mineral and smoky. The fruit feels very good on the palate and is pleasantly refreshing. Tell stories and keep the conversation going

Grappa di Castellare is made with Sangioveto pomace, brought to vinification within 36 hours, thus maintaining the freshness of the aromas and the typical notes of the grape. The result is a distillate of incomparable finesse, extraordinary for purity and quality.

Montonico "Pretonico" has a straw yellow colour, very pleasant and drinkable golden straw yellow, medium intense fruity of ripe apple and light husk of wheat chaff; the taste appears balanced and with good freshness and structure. moderate alcohol content (12°)

Deep pink color; good structure with enveloping taste and supported by a good freshness and final persistence. Small red fruits and balsamic notes are perceived on the nose.

Produced only with selected and hand-harvested grapes from its own vineyards in the most suitable hilly areas of Trentino, Rotari Cuvée 28 owes its name to its long aging on the lees, which gives it a strong but elegant, fresh and persistent character. Brut blanc de blancs with an intense and elegant aroma of ripe yellow fruit with notes of hazelnut and a sweet touch of vanilla. With over 36 months of aging on the lees, this sparkling wine offers great balance between structure and acidity with a pleasant freshness and a mineral finish.

Grappa produced with pomace from our vineyards, selected and distilled according to the Trentino bain-marie method. It is a blend of aged grappa from Teroldego, Pinot Nero and Traminer, which ages for 25 months in oak barrels. During the slow contact with the wood, the grappa is enriched with a warm amber color and sweet and persuasive aromatic notes, which remind us of vanilla, custard and dried stone fruit. On the palate it expresses a velvety and round touch, with a delicate alcohol content and a pleasant freshness. The end result is a rich product, with ample and elegant aromas, warm but austere that expresses the richness of the noble vines used. It is distinguished by the excellent aromatic balance given by the long aging period.
