The Chardonnay Marca Trevigiana IGT is produced with grapes from vineyards in the province of Treviso, characterized by medium-textured soils and a cool, windy climate, ideal for preserving the product's fragrance and acidity. The harvest takes place at the end of August and the bunches are harvested when fully ripe to develop the aromatic component to the maximum. When the bunches reach the cellar, they are softly pressed and the must thus obtained is fermented for a long period at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts to preserve the typicality of the product as much as possible. The vintage product is bottled starting in December and after a short maturation in the bottle it is ready for consumption. Chardonnay is one of the largest white grape varieties in the world. Born in Burgundy, it has now spread all over the globe. In fact, it has an incredible variety of aromatic components, which emerge in different ways depending on the soils and climates where it is grown. In particular, in our areas, it is expressed through notes of peach, pineapple and citrus, followed by floral and mineral notes.

The Puglia Chardonnay of the Marchesi Antinori is born in the vineyards of the Tormaresca farm, owned by the Antinori family and located in the territories of Salento and the Murgia of Bari.

It was among the first wines to be produced on the company's first estate, that of Ulmo near Sambuca di Sicilia, on the shores of Lake Arancio. It is vinified and aged in fine Allier barriques. Gold-colored dress with green reflections, it expresses rich tones of plum and wisteria, dried fruit and orange blossom flowers on the nose, together with a slight woody touch. Powerful, soft and very persistent taste. One year in half new barriques. Excellent with chickpea cream and cod or with foie gras risotto.

The Chardonnay Riserva comes from a selection of the best vineyards grown on the slopes of the Trentino mountains between 250 and 500 m above sea level. The preferred soils are of alluvial and draining origin. The grapes are harvested well ripe and characterized by a golden yellow colour, an indication of high aromatic richness. The skilful blending of wines obtained from vineyards located at various altitudes and with different exposures results in a wine that is ripe and rich but also fresh and fragrant. The grapes are harvested in September, partly subjected to cold maceration to increase the extraction of aromas and subsequently subjected to soft pressing. The must is fermented with the addition of selected yeasts, half in steel and half in lightly toasted French oak. The wines mature for 8 months in wood and 4 months in steel. The part that ages in barrique also carries out the malolactic fermentation and repeated batonage (resuspension of the fermentation yeasts) is carried out. Finally, 3-4 months of aging in the bottle follow.
