The Moscato Rosa vine is a very ancient vine, of probable Greek origins which, passing through Sicily, arrived in Trentino in the mid-nineteenth century. The name seems to derive more from the primary aroma of rose that characterizes this aromatic vine, than from the color of the berry, which is actually bluish-black. Moscato Rosa is very delicate to cultivate as it is subject to various problems in flowering and ripening which greatly reduce its production capacity. For all these reasons, as well as being noble, it is also a precious wine, also due to its great ability to accumulate large quantities of sugar. This wine is obtained from small vineyards located on the alluvial fan of the town of Pressano, north of Trento, at about 250-300 metres, facing south-southwest on clayey-limestone soils and in a well-ventilated area to avoid health problems and allow the grapes the achievement of a perfect level of aromatic and sugar ripening. The grapes are harvested by hand very late after a natural drying on the vine and, after destemming, are subjected to traditional vinification with the addition of selected yeasts at a temperature of 22-24°C for 6-8 days. Then with the use of cold (5°C), the fermentation process is naturally blocked with the consequent maintenance of the desired residual sugar. It then continues with the collection of only flower wine without pressing of the pomace. This is followed by conservation in steel for a few months, always at a low temperature to preserve the aromas of this elegant wine
A typical vine of Trentino Alto Adige, it is cultivated by the Mezzacorona members in the Piana Rotaliana area where it best expresses its extraordinary potential, strong identity and marked personality. Traditional vinification with brief contact on the skins to ensure maximum conservation and transmission to the wine of the varietal aromas characteristic of the grape. Fermentation at controlled temperature (16-18°C).

The spearhead among our production of red wines. Il Celibe is produced from the same R7 clone of the Teramo Hills, starting from a careful selection of the grapes from a vineyard over 50 years old. Unlike the other red wines we choose to produce it only during the best years, when the right soil and climatic conditions are recreated. The expected aging in oak barrels is about 36 months before being finally bottled.
The Cerasuolo Colle Trà also comes from the R7 clone of Montepulciano. Its “Superiore” denomination depends on its yield per hectare which is lower than that of the basic Cerasuolo. The right ripening of the grapes combined with an adequate selection make this label a unique wine of its kind.

Cerasuolo di Vittoria is a blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato. The first and at the moment only Sicilian DOCG. The harvest is usually carried out between the end of September for Nero d'Avola and the first week of October for Frappato. The two vines are vinified in red separately, with a short maceration of the must with the skins at a controlled temperature and reunited at the end of the alcoholic fermentation. After a maturation of about 7 months on its lees in steel tanks, the wine ages in the bottle for 1-2 months. It has a deep cherry red color with soft purplish hues. Bouquet of fresh red fruit, peach and morello cherry with soft floral nuances. The taste is harmonious, elegant, soft and corresponding to the fruit expressed on the nose.
Excellent freshness, subtle minerality and intense fruity notes for an Abruzzo white of ancient origins which, like Pecorino, owes its fortune to the recent rediscovery.
Intense ruby red and full to the eye. The nose firstly gives deep notes of dark fruit, such as blackberries, sour cherries and black cherries, overripe and jam, then followed by references to eucalyptus, tamarind, cinnamon, myrtle and cocoa. The palate is all played between sweetness and tannins, to prove balanced, full-bodied and with a long persistence. Sweet fruit, white and yellow flowers and a good acidic freshness keep it alive and persistent. A native white grape of Umbria, in Scacciadiavoli it is vinified in purity. It accompanies hot summer days served at the right temperature and goes well with first courses or light main courses all year round. Wine to drink young. The presence of deposits in the bottom of the bottle is natural.
To complete the range of Scacciadiavoli wines, a full-bodied and complex white was missing, to be paired with richer meals. Montefalco Bianco Scacciadiavoli is born from the assembly of Trebbiano Spoletino, Grechetto and Chardonnay (in accordance with the DOC disciplinary). A crunchy and tasty wine, which focuses on pleasantness. Wine to drink young or aged for a few years. The presence of deposits in the bottom of the bottle is natural.
That the Trebbiano Spoletino grape is of high enological interest is now a certain fact. It is an ancient vine that has only recently been rediscovered. It can be grown in the territory of Spoleto and Montefalco. In our cellar we have aimed to capture the finer and at the same time intriguing soul of this grape. We have given space to its changing and original aromas with a vinification in amphora that respects these characteristics and then we have strengthened its expressive character with an aging in untoasted wood and amphora for at least 9 months. In our opinion the result is that of a great white wine for aging, capable of surprising at every sip for its richness of facets.
It is produced exclusively with Tintilia grapes, harvested during the first ten days of October. The vinification takes place with maceration in contact with the skins for about 1 month and subsequent malolactic fermentation. The wine, therefore, refines partly in barrique and partly in steel tanks, resting for about 6 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

The production vineyards of this Montepulciano are located in Pianella (PE), whose characteristic is that they are located near a small natural lake. The proximity to the lake allows the roots to be humid even in the driest periods. This freshness is also found in the wine, vinified in steel to maintain this natural characteristic unaltered. After being selected and harvested by hand, the grapes are taken to the cellar to be crushed-destemmed and vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature followed by only a delestage. The refinement, after bottling a year and a half after vinification, continues in the bottle for about 6 months.

Vinification: Short drying in the vineyard, permanence of 20 - 22 days on the skins with pumping over in the air, followed by static decanting in large barrels.
